Welcome to XZONE LLC (“XZONE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our trampoline park, using our website, purchasing tickets, or participating in our activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, facilities, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Participation in Activities

Trampoline activities and attractions involve inherent risks. By participating, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participants must:

  • Follow all park rules and staff instructions

  • Use equipment properly

  • Wear required safety gear

  • Follow posted safety guidelines

XZONE LLC reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who fails to comply with safety rules.

3. Tickets, Passes, and Memberships

All tickets, passes, or memberships:

  • Are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

  • May be subject to expiration dates

  • Are non-refundable except where required by law

Special promotions and discounts may have additional terms.

4. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver before participating in activities.

5. Personal Property

XZONE LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the facility.

6. Conduct

Guests must behave in a safe and respectful manner. XZONE LLC reserves the right to remove any guest who:

  • Acts in a dangerous manner

  • Violates park rules

  • Harasses staff or other guests

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of XZONE LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XZONE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or facilities.

9. Changes to Terms

XZONE LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
